| We moved to a service agreement with CMI several months ago and all our computer problems have gone away. Before we took out a contract I called existing customers of CMI and asked what down time they had had. The reply was always the same “What down time”!Prior to moving to CMI I spent many hours trying on fix computer problems and not very successfully. Now Phil and his team keep our network running smoothly.CMI monitor remotely and so most of the management is done without us needing to be involved. We have bought new hardware from CMI and not only are their prices competitive but they come to our offices at times that suit us.For a small community organisation to take out a contract is a significant step.
