Computers can be a bit like cars, if they are not serviced regularly they can slowdown and even breakdown. Our Procare Membership is designed to keep your computer up to date, more secure and less cluttered. Procare membership can be used on one computer or several, it's up to you how many you choose. What do you get with your Procare Membership? We take care of all of those necessary but annoying and time consuming jobs that need to be done to keep your computer in good working order. We manage your windows updates, clean your windows temp files, cookies, temp internet files and run a disk defragmentation on a regular basis and we do it without you having to bring your computer out of the office. Yes, that's right we do everything remotely from CMI. To get this sort of clean up done once a year by a technician would normally cost you between $100 and $200. We'll do it for you for 12 months! We also give you 12 months internet security. You will also have access to CMI's remote support for when you do need help with your computer. Remote support is quicker and cheaper than waiting for a technician to come on site. Please note that all work requested by the customer to be performed that is outside the scope of the Pro-care membership will be charged at our normal remote or onsite rates. You even get a monthly newsletter emailed from CMI updating you on the latest issues, gadgets and tips. Pro-care membership costs less than $20 a month. Customer grants CMI permission to remotely access customer's computer at their home or office property where customer's computer system and/or network resides. Customer grants CMI, access and permission to delete windows temp files, temp internet files, cookies and defragment the computers hard drive on a regular basis. Customer understand that any work carried out by CMI with the customers permission that is outside the services offered within Pro-care membership will be charged for at normal remote or onsite rates. CMI strongly recommends that customer safeguard critical data by backing up regularly. Unless specifically requested and provided as a paid service by CMI, the ustomer is responsible for any backup, archiving, or protective storage as well as restoration if required, of customer's data. Customer agrees to release and hold harmless CMI and any employees of CMI from any and all liability associated with the performance of service and acknowledges also that CMI offers no explicit or implied warranty or guarantee on services performed. If CMI's ability to render services is impaired by circumstances beyond the control of CMI or the customers technical requirements are unusual or extensive beyond the scope of the pro-care membership, CMI may choose to discontinue or not to provide services and provide a refund where CMI deems it to be applicable. Remote support is available from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm. CMI can make no guarantees with regard to response times for remote support but will endevour to deal with issues as soon as posible.
